Important COVID-19 Re-opening Guidelines:

- Masks that cover your nose and mouth are required for all guests and staff while inside of the salon at all times. Guests are required to bring their own masks to their appointment. Please keep in mind that if you have a color appointment, there is a chance that we will get color on your straps. Consider bringing a disposable mask that loops behind your ears....This way we can have unobstructed access to your head and hair.

- We are asking all of our guests to please wait in your car in the parking lot until our guest care team calls you to come inside for your appointment once your stylist is ready. We will not be using our lounge at this time. Please log into your account and check yourself in so that we know you are here. If you don't have your cell phone on file with us, please give us a call once you arrive to give us your number.

- In an effort to cut down on the transmission of any potential germs or virus, we are now a Cashless salon. You can now pay for your services and product using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. If you add credit cards to your wallet in your account, you will enable Express Pay. Express Pay will allow you to EASILY check yourself out on your phone or Easily at our font desk. If you are a Cash Tipper, you may still continue to tip in cash. You will now give your cash tip directly to your stylist...again, to cut down on transmission.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to the Artistic Design Team members of G Michael Salon. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our G Michael Salon team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. G Michael Salon’s policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellence, servicing our established and future clientele.

As a courtesy, if you have not confirmed your appointment online, we will call and confirm your appointment at least two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.

You understand that by making an appointment at G Michael Salon that you are ultimately responsible for keeping track of your appointment dates and times. You understand that there is a 24 hour No Show/Cancellation Policy and if you fail to give the proper notice, that you are giving us permission to charge a fee of 50% of your total scheduled service the first time and 100% each additional time proper notice is not given.


Children's Policy:
In an effort to maximize the experience of each guest, and minimize any unforeseen injuries, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted in the salon.
